Terms and Conditions


This is the terms and conditions of Aktiebolaget Grivette (henceforth Grivette, Grivette Design or "the company").

Upon successful order completion and payment receipt, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided.

Always ensure that you provide the correct postal address and email address during checkout. If the email address provided is incorrect, you may not receive your order confirmation or tracking information.

If you do not receive this order confirmation within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 24 hours), please contact us immediately at support@grivettedesign.com.


Grivette Design use Stripe as a payment processor. We do not process or store sensitive payment card details ourselves.

All prices listed on the website include VAT (Moms) at the current applicable rate. Prices are displayed in the currency you have selected on the website interface.


Digital Products:

Following the successful completion of your purchase and payment processing, a unique download link for your digital product(s) will be dispatched to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

You bear sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the email address entered in your order details. Grivette Design cannot be held liable for non-receipt of the download link due to an incorrectly submitted email address.

Digital products, such as patterns, are provided exclusively in PDF file format.

Access to the digital product is facilitated via the provided download link. Please note that this link is temporary and subject to expiration based on time and number of download attempts. You are required to download and securely store the purchased digital item promptly upon receipt of the link.

We reserve the right to monitor download activity and immediately suspend or block access to the download link without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, including, but not limited to, piracy, unauthorized distribution, or sharing of the link with third parties, in violation of intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, we reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend a user's access to our services, website, or platform, and to issue a permanent ban, for any reason we deem necessary, including if a user is found to be in violation of our terms, engaging in harassment, or exhibiting conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or detrimental to our community or operations.

Physical Products:

We ship orders Monday-Thursday, excluding Swedish public holidays. Orders received during weekends or holidays are shipped on the next available workday. Holidays may cause longer delivery times.

We currently ship to all countries served by our logistics partners.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs are presented at checkout.

Orders shipped with trackable methods (e.g., PostNord Tracked, DHL, UPS) will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

Risk of Damage/Loss: The risk for goods passes to the consumer upon delivery (i.e., when you or a representative have physically received the parcel). Grivette Design is responsible for the goods during transit to you.


Unclaimed Parcels: Please note the deadline for claiming your parcel at the designated pick-up point. If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's time limit (usually 7-14 days in Sweden), it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our shipping and administrative costs for unclaimed shipments. This fee may be deducted from any refund issued.

Undelivered/Lost Orders: Please contact us at support@grivettedesign.com regarding orders that appear lost in transit.

Damaged Upon Delivery: If your order is visibly damaged upon delivery, please document the damage immediately (take clear photos of the packaging and contents) and contact us at support@grivettedesign.com as soon as possible.


Physical Products: You have a statutory right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) of 14 days when purchasing physical goods in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.

The 14-day cancellation period begins the day you receive your physical order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (via email to support@grivettedesign.com) of your decision to cancel the purchase within this 14-day period. You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), available on their website Konsumentverket.se.

Returns Process for Physical Products:

You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation.

  • The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs, including any customs clearance fees if shipping from outside the EU.
  • Returns must be sent directly to our specified address: Box 13107-83, 131 54 Nacka, SWEDEN.
  • Returns that are sent to a parcel pick-up point (ombud) will not be collected and will not be considered a valid use of the right of cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the product's value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the product's nature, characteristics, and function.

Digital Products (e.g., Knitting Patterns):

When purchasing digital products that are not delivered on a physical medium, you agree upon checkout that the right of withdrawal is waived/null and void. By completing the purchase, you give your explicit consent for delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your ångerrätt as per the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2 kap 11 § 11 p. Lagen om distansavtal).


As a consumer in Sweden, you have a statutory right to complain about defects in a product (reklamationsrätt) for 3 years from the date you received the goods, according to the Swedish Consumer Contracts Act (Konsumentköplagen).

This right applies to original manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us immediately at support@grivettedesign.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic documentation.

If the complaint is valid, we will cover the return shipping costs (if any). We will primarily seek to repair the defect, offer a replacement product, provide a price reduction, or, as a last resort, issue a refund.


Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.

In the event of a dispute between Grivette Design and the consumer, we prefer to find an amicable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the consumer may turn to the General Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN), which is an impartial dispute resolution body. We commit to participating in the ARN process.

Any disputes may ultimately be settled by a Swedish public court.


We make reservations for any errors in pricing, printing, typing, for out-of-stock items and for any changes in VAT and tax rules. All special sale offers are only valid while stock lasts.
