Format: S (L)

Size Small: Designed for ease of crafting and offers a versatile fit for both men and women. The flexible ribbing adapts comfortably for small to medium but works even to larger head sizes wanting a close fit with a touch of structure. Size Large: A more difficult knit for the experienced hand. This size is tailored for those who typically wear a large and prefer a sophisticated, elegantly relaxed silhouette.

Approximately 150 (175) g, 100% Merino Wool 50 g = 235 m. and approximately 75 (80) g, 100% Cotton 50 g = 175 m.

The garment is knitted bottom up, holding two strands together.

Gauge

Measure in a round before blocking and without stretching. Hold 2 strands, 2x2 Rib Stitch 48 stitches times 37 rows on 3,5 mm/US 4 needles = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4”, for Merino Wool. Hold 2 strands, 2x1 Rib Stitch 31 stitches times 33 rows on 4 mm/US 6 needles = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4”, for Cotton.

Correct gauge is key for a good result.

Circular Needles

  • 3,5 mm/US 4: Outside of head and inside of hem.
  • 4 mm/US 6: Inside of head and outside of hem.
