Edge that is folded twice using a crochet hook that waves each stitch 1-by-1 on the outside, with crochet chain stitches on the inside.
Hold the needles with work stitches in your left hand and the crochet hook in your right hand.
First, hold the working yarn behind the work and insert the crochet hook through the corresponding stitch on the row that the edge will be folded down to. Then continue moving the crochet hook through the stitch and place the yarn over the hook. Pull through both layers creating a loop on the hook. Remove stitch from the needle.
Then, repeat the first step through the next stitch creating 1 more loop on the hook. Pull the second loop through the first loop like a crochet chain stitch. There is now 1 loop on the crochet hook. Repeat across all stitches.
Once all stitches are bind off, cut the yarn and pull through the final loop. Secure the work by weaving in the yarn tail on the inside.
