At Grivette Design, our vision is to redefine fashion by creating a high end brand for knitters where exceptional design, craftsmanship, and accessibility coexist. We are committed to making knitting more approachable without compromising quality, through clearly written patterns and a comprehensive Studio with visual tutorials that support knitters at every step.

Our goal is simple: to ensure that everyone who chooses a Grivette Design pattern can succeed with confidence.

Visual accuracy is a core part of this promise. We invest significantly in professional camera equipment and production to ensure that every photograph and video truthfully represents our garments capturing texture, construction, and fit exactly as they are. All pieces are worn extensively in daily life and tested across environments, including mountain terrain, to validate durability, comfort, and long term wear. What you see is what you knit.

We use AI-based tools to modify the faces and skin texture in pictures seen on this website. We are explicit and firm in our boundaries:

• All garments shown in pictures and videos on our website are as-is, worn by a real model, and photographed just as they are (the technology we use is similar to "faceswap").
• All garments shown are hand-knitted, following the same pattern that is being sold.
• AI is never used to alter garments, bodies, silhouettes, fit, or proportions.
• No stitch, measurement, or construction detail is modified or enhanced using AI.

We are doing this to protect personal integrity of the original models and to allow Grivette Design to stand as an inclusive, diverse brand - rather than being a influencer-style brand with all pictures featuring the same person.

In addition, it allows us to eliminate unnecessary travel of models and production teams which aligns directly with our sustainability goals.

Accuracy and integrity are non negotiable. Altering garments or bodies would undermine the trust of our customers and contradict the very foundation of our brand.

We believe AI is a powerful and positive tool when used thoughtfully and transparently. Beyond is previously described, we also use AI to support coding, auditing, and text optimization across our website and communication channels. Always guided and reviewed by us, and never at the expense of clarity, honesty, or brand voice.

AI does not replace craftsmanship, experience, or human judgment at Grivette Design. It supports them.
