Construction
The garment is constructed top-down, starting from the Upper Back with increases worked alongside each shoulder. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulder seam for the Right and Left sides, building out the front and creating the neckline and armholes before joining everything together.

Fly Facing & Zipper
Once the Double Folded Neckline is complete, a Fly Facing is added on each side of the zipper opening by picking up stitches along the edge. The facing is then attached to the body using Mattress Stitch, and the zipper is sewn in behind it. A Fly Shield covers the zipper on the inside for a clean finish.
